Vineyard
The house's own vines and those of its partner growers, on hillside terroirs in the Vosges foothills, with soils mainly of limestone, sandstone and marl, facing south and south-east. 20 to 30% comes from Grands Crus, including the house's young vines
in the GC Kirchberg de Ribeauvillé.
Tasting
The varietal expression dominates: the very definition of Alsace Riesling, firmly rooted in the Trimbach style,
dry and balanced. A cuvée that shines with its elegant liveliness, its crispness and its notes of white flowers and citrus, leading to a saline finish.
Food pairing
Its liveliness and crispness make it the perfect partner for seafood and marinated or grilled fish. It pairs easily with all kinds of fine dishes, a mixed salad, a good fresh goat's cheese, spring vegetables in vinaigrette or lightly sautéed, and all white
meats.
