L'Etreinte Rosé 2024 - Côtes du Roussillon

Terroir: a combination of 3 terroirs:
Les Terres Rouges: clay-limestone hillsides at medium altitude
Les Arènes: low-altitude sandy-silty terraces with deep soils
Les Terres Vertes: a low-altitude plateau of silt and limestone

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache Noir

Ageing
3 months in tank and early bottling to preserve aromatic freshness. A saignée rosé made with careful temperature control.

Tasting
Pale pink in colour, with a pronounced nose (flowers, melon and peach) heralding a fresh, rounded wine with delicate strawberry notes. Serve chilled (10°).

Food pairing
Works wonders with Mediterranean cuisine, tapas, charcuterie, white meats, grilled meats, fish and exotic cuisine.
