Terroir: a blend of 3 terroirs:
Les Terres Rouges: clay-limestone hillsides at medium altitude
Les Arènes: low-altitude sandy-loam terraces with deep soils
Les Terres Vertes: a low-altitude plateau of silt and limestone

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache Noir

Ageing
3 months in vat and early bottling to preserve aromatic freshness. Saignée rosé made with temperature control.

Tasting
A pale pink colour and an expressive nose (flowers, melon and peach) herald a fresh, rounded wine with delicate strawberry notes. Serve chilled (10 °).

Food pairing
Works wonders with Mediterranean cuisine, tapas, charcuterie, white meat, grilled meat, fish and exotic dishes.
