Château Saint Julien d'Aille Rosé

The rosé of the Saint Julien cuvée from Château Saint Julien d'Aille in Vidauban: 46% Cinsault and 36% Grenache, completed with Tibouren, Syrah and Mourvèdre from organically farmed vines, aged in traditional vats.

Pale colour with a golden-pink hue. Intense, deep nose of ripe yellow fruit, plum and apricot. Round, tender palate and a fresh finish with delicate balsamic touches of garrigue. Serve at 8-10°C as an aperitif or with seafood, Provençal ratatouille or sea bream.
