Winemaking, ageing and bottling all take place at the estate.
The care given to the vines throughout the seasons, and the attention paid at harvest and during winemaking, are behind the consistent quality of the estate's wines.
The estate's Côtes de Gascogne wines, fruity, supple and well balanced, go on sale from the January after the harvest.
Grapes:
100% Gros Manseng

Very pleasant as an aperitif, with a mixed salad or a cooked fish dish, and excellent with blue cheeses. A pleasant wine to enjoy throughout a meal.
